Grand Pacific Resorts List?

Would someone please provide this list. Do all the resorts have internal preference (with one another) through RCI? Thanks.

Grand Pacific Palisades Resort
Indian Palms Vacation Club
Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge
Red Wolf Lodge at Squaw Valley
RiverPointe Napa Valley
San Clemente Cove
Southern California Beach Club
Villa L'Auberge

The above is the most current list from their website. RiverPointe is an II only resort and does not trade in RCI. There are other affiliate resorts the do have internal RCI trading priority but sometimes it changes. These include (now and in the past):

Americana Village, South Lake Tahoe, CA
Olympic Village Inn, Squaw Valley, CA
Stardust-Tahoe, South Lake Tahoe, CA
Gaslamp Plaza Suites, San Diego, CA (no internal preference now)

I think Red Wolf Squaw Valley also trades only in II, not RCI.

Do all these resorts have "equal" exchange opportunity internally if they are "red" season. For example would red Indian Palms trade for red Carlsbad Inn?

Red will trade for Red.. but Carsbad Inn is red all year.
so there are varying shades of Red in RCI.

what exactly are you trying to do.
What would be your GPR vacation plans over the next 5 years and then we can help you decide what resort would work best for cost, MF's and exchanging?

Do you live close to any of the resorts?
I bought at Carlsbad Inn, so I can have day use.

We like the Carlsbad area a lot and like the location & quality of the Grand Pacific Resorts. Trying to bypass RCI's 1/4 rule. We don't live close enough for day use.

I wouldn't buy the Indian Palms location. I dont have nay iside info about it.. but if i was GPR.. I wouldn't be managing that property. It doesn't look to desireable to me.
If they ever dump a resort.. the priority and bypass of the 1-4 is gone.

I would buy one of the beach locations.

Holidaygroup.com has good prices on GPP weeks.

Aren't GPP maint fees outrageous compared to some of the other resorts?
