Turtle Cay Wk #30 for $8,100?

In a resent auction on Ebay a 2/B 2/B wk #30 at Turtle Cay Resort in Verginia Beach sold for $8,100. My question is,is that a representive amount one should expect to pay for a summer week at Vergina Beach?
 
any while it's a nice resort, it's not even ON the beach, but across the street.

prime summer in a popular beach resort town, though.
 
It is a Five Star gorgeous resort and that auction was for a 2 bedroom lock out unit. While I have seen prime beach units go for less, it really didn't surprize me that it went for that amount.
