HGVC rental for 2007

I want to rent out my HGVC TS for 2007. What I am trying to do is figure out what to do with my 7000 points to rent out a place or places for 2007. I am trying to figure out what resort/week to reserve to rent out. I have 3 other properties, I can't use them all for 2007. I can use up to 7000 points. I want to use the rental money to pay for the MF's and help pay some of the loan. Originally I thought a 2BR unit in Hawaii in July would make the most money for me, but now I am not sure. For 7000 points it wouldn't be an oceanview and that might be hard to rent for Hawaii. I can break it up at multiple units at different places. Is there any restrictions for renting a place I reserve with HGVC. I also own the DIVI village golf and beach resort in the summer, Royal Solaris Club in Cancun/Los Cabos and Marriott Frenchmens Cove. I am pulling my hair out on which one to rent out and which one to travel to. Any advise would be appreciated. After i figure out which places to reserve to rent I will advetise them in TUG classified. Thanks:)
