I have talked on the phone several times in the past with someone at RCI that works with their online site. Now 2 RCI vacation reps on the phone tell me there is no one they can connect me with to discuss RCI online problems. Does anyone have a name or number of a RCI person who works in their online dept.? They are aware that there is a online problem at the moment. I was told to keep checking back.
