New Member, who signed a purchase to buy contract with ILX Resorts Inc., Phoenix, AZ. My contract has a clear statement of cooling off or notice of recission within 7 days. I plan to deliver cancellation in writing to ILX per contract instructions within the 7 days. Any reason or advice on why I may encounter a hassel or other problems. Thanks in advance, Bill /kona44@cox.net

Developers in general don't like to give your money back. Best advice is to follow the instructions for recission PRECISELY. If they call for US Mail, use US Mail. If they call for 3 yellow and 1 blue postage stamps, use 3 yellow and 1 blue stamps. If they talk about postmark date in red ink, take them seriously. US Mail doesn't mean Fed Ex, fax or email!! By now I guess you have gotten my point.
