II - best time for online seaches

Are there still specific times of the day when online searches are especially good? I remember when I had to do online searches for back to back Hawaii weeks a few years ago, I think it was right around midnight PT when all of a sudden availability seemed to greatly improve, lasting for maybe 30min or so. I haven't done a lot of searches recently and was wondering if the behavior is still the same.
