Resorts: Williamsburg
more timeshares being built in Williamsburg

http://www.dailypress.com/business/l...ess-localheads

"A big time share company expects to invest about $150 million in its second project in Virginia - a new resort with about 500 time share units next to Colonial Williamsburg's Historic Area.
Officials at Bluegreen Corp. - based in Boca Raton, Fla. - said the first 76 units, going in renovated hotel space, would become available as soon as the second quarter of 2007.

Club Land'or is also attempting to secure permission to build in Williamsburg too. IMHO, they are a bunch of crooks. Steer clear of anything they are involved in.

Re: more timeshares being built in Williamsburg

Could you share why you feel that way? Have they had some shady deals in other businesses?

I've never heard of them other than that they are buying a failed timeshare attempt in Williamsburg (I thought that it was Colonial Crossing, but I might be mixed up).

Thanks for asking. I will post it on the TUG Caribbean bulletin board and in the Resort Review section if the Moderator feels it would be appropriate.
