United Business Class Upgrade?

OK, now I'm confused. We booked rt UA to London, used ff miles to upgrade to business class. Received the etickets Friday and was just looking at the information on them.

What confuses me is that we are booked in H class (I can't find anywhere if that is business class or not), but our seat assignment numbers are definately in economy class; row 32 into London, row 48 out.

Should I call the travel agent or United to see what's what?

PS. The flights aren't until May/June next year.

Re: United Business Class Upgrade?

I've just answered my own question. I went on the UA website and checked into "My Itinerary." While our printed etickets show the above seat assignments, the on-line itinerary shows confirmed flights and upgrades to business class seats row 12. I'm happy
