First time to this resort and HHI. Any information on the resort and area would be helpful.

Stayed at Swallowtail years ago. Older but relatively spacious units. I think one of the best things about Swallowtail is its location. It is inside Sea Pines Plantation, a real ++ in my book; it is right on a major bike trail; and it is just about exactly between the beach and Harbour Town - an easy bike ride to each.
