Barrier Island Station t/s developer dies
Paul Shaver, developer of Barrier Island Station - Duck and Barrier Island Station - Kitty Hawk on the Outer Banks and subsequent developer (he bought it from the original developer when 3/4 sold out) of Ocean Pines, died yesterday of a broken neck in an ATV accident on his farm in Virginia. He was 65.
