When to book JetBlue to Orlando President's day 2007? I am not paying $600!

I had been waiting to JetBlue open up their schedule for Feb 2007 and just checked today. It is $617 total flying out of Newark Feb 17-24! My expectation is more around $200.
I thought it will be cheapest if I book as early as possible, but I guess I am wrong. What's a good time to book the flight? Thanks for your help. I am definately not going to pay $617 to fly to Orlando!

Resorts: Club Regina, PV; Sudwala Lodge, SA; 50,000 Royal Holiday Points
If you fly out Sat night late-and return the following sat early morning fares are $194 each way out of JFK

Or you can still fly out of EWR for a little over $400 using a combination of airlines - leaving about noon on the 17th and leaving Orlando about noon on the 24th. Check Orbitz.

Because that's a school vacation week for much of the Northeast, you're likely to have a tough time finding much lower fares.

Thanks for the suggestions! I booked my tickets today for $188 round trip flying PHL to TPA on United. We have to return early morning on Sunday, a day later than planned, but for the savings, I don't mind 1 hour extra driving from Tampa and spend another day in Disney
I guess the key for getting cheaper flight is just to keep checking. I put the reservation on hold in the afternoon and in the evening there is no more seat at that price any more.
