Help! I have a hold until 11 PM 8/6, on a 1 BR unit at The Club at Cape Cod, in Dennisport, MA.

Does anyone know anything about this resort. There are no reviews.

I looked into buying there a few years ago.

The one bedroom is more like a studio with a folding partition and is very small. Although I have never physically seen the unit I heard that it was unsuitable for 4 unless 2 were small children. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach so it has that in it's favor.

I'm not sure about the kitchen. A lot of cape resorts don't have a true kitchen due to firecodes.

I passed on the purchase because I wanted a true 1 bedroom.

We just came back from a week at the Sandcastle in Provincetown. We had a third floor studio. It was very nice. The room was clean and the view great. It was minutes to everything outer cape.
We have also stayed at the Edgewater in Dennisport and that is very nice albeit bigger and more resorty than the Sandcastle.
