Planning for our summer 2007 trip, we grabbed a 2BR unit at Vacation Village in the Berkshires for next July. We wanted to get a 2nd 2BR unit for family to come visit, so last night, after confirming that there was none available, we started an ongoing search. This morning - we had a match, same building, same week. Not that I'm complaining, but how could this have happened so quickly? We've never been this successful with an ongoing search before.
We're currently assigned to building 12, units 1209 and 1208. Does anybody have any idea where this is in relation to activities, pools, etc?? |

Congrats on getting exactly what you needed!
We were just there in July and if memory serves me correctly (sometimes it doesn't) building 12 is right near the clubhouse and outdoor pool area. We stayed in 9 and the location was great. You can't go wrong with 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 , or 14 if being within walking distance to the pool is important. (Picture a clubhouse in the middle and a U shaped road with building 9 on one end and 14 on the other. The outdoor pool would be located at the open end of the U) We loved 9 (901ab) because it had a small playground right outside, our unit faced towards the mountains (not parking lot) so the views were great, bbq was right there and so were the indoor and outdoor pools. Hope that helps! I should have saved the map!! |
