Does it strike you a bit strange...
...that now we have news footage of TSA and travelers empting all those potential explosive, corrosive acid, and other unknown liquids into a communal garbage can in the middle of a crowded airport.
Someone seems to be missing the point... JMO...

I saw on CNN where women were being forced to throw out their blush, lipstick and other cosmetics. Not even liquids. One woman said "I don't think I've ever heard of someone blowing anything up with powdered blush before!" Come on, a little common sense........
For years, my husband I have commented on how we can walk through security and right on to the plane with a big venti starbucks or a sealed bottle of coke. No one ever even glanced at them. Obviously the terrorists were noticing too.

I don't understand why they were coming through the UK.
When we came back form Cancun a couple years ago. We were barely screeened. We didn't even show ID or passport until we got into LAX.
