Just got an email from Travelzoo. Spirit Air has very limited specials $8 Looks like could do a nice getaway for very little if you are flexible. Wish I were retired - that is going to be my lifestyle then, just get up and go on a whim

Hope someone can use.

I just plugged in any of the dates they suggested and there was nothing available. Drat!

My parents called last night and got a flight from LGA to MYR to visit us for a few days. Paid about $73 (which included taxes and fees)for the both of them round trip!!

A couple of times a week they have some very good prices. If you can travel on off days, and live near where they fly, you can get some great rates.

Will be flying with them for the first time this weekend. Boston to Myrtle Beach for $79.00 each way direct. This wasn't even a special rate. Of cousre now we added in a limo for $216, but it is still okay since it is a direct flight leaving at 10:00am. Didn't want to drive into Boston, or even do a park and fly.

Wished they would add Manchester, NH to their route! Could have done Providence, but they didn't have direct flights.

So you pick and choose what's most important to you.

To me a direct flight.
