Does anyone know the current prices on the two bedroom lockoff units being sold by the developer? Thank You, Sue

We visted there last year, took the tour, sat through the high pressure sales pitch.

I want to think they started at 14K for a red week, all the way to 7K for a blue week.

I asked the salesperson how come I should buy at all when I could RENT all I wanted through RCI or their affiliates for $300 a week.

I got that stupid deer-caught-in-the-headlight look.

Whatever. If Vacation Village expects to sell units for 14K, they need to stop RCI from renting them out for $300 a week.

No brainer, there, Vacation Village.
