What are the terms?

NWA had a decent e-cert for travel to 3 European cities a while back, a far cry from their usual wide open European e-certs.

Already ditched...and I'm not digging, they're the Zone Certs for US/Canada only.

I would like the e-tickets but how do they work. I went to the North West Airlines website and found the trip I needed (from PVR to YVR and return) but there was no window for the cert#.

I have never done this before, how do I do it??

Thanks
Lynn
