Discount coupons can be found in many places. I've never had the need to buy one off ebay. They are in the Entertainment book plus the individual companies will send you email offers if you sign up for their email specials.

Try orbitz.com, travelocity.com & hotwire.com. Also, priceline.com can have some awesome rates. What day will you be renting in FL? I have some coupons that are good thru 2006 that I could send you.

Your best bet is to use Priceline.com

But first read info at www.biddingfortravel.com

Thanks

Thanks but I am leaving on Tuesday. I have tried the Priceline thing and I am stumped there too. I know they have cars in FLL. I was hoping there was a number code or something that I could just type in. I use to have one but .....I use to have a brain too. Thanks anyway.

I am trying to remember this information off the top of my head. We are going to Orlando this Saturday for a week. We are renting a midsize. I went to travelocity and they quoted me about $250 for the week. With the Costco disount I was able to get $225/wk. I went on Priceline and I put in
$18/day which adds up to a total of $175 and it was accepted. I am using National. If you go on National's website right now they are quoting $342.00.

I would think they change from week and/or day to day, maybe I was just lucky and it is Thanksgiving week.

So I would try Priceline or if you are a Costco member, use thier discount code.

Costco also comes in handy to buy groceries. They are 14 minutes away from our timeshare on International Drive. Publics in the Kissimmee area is expensive.

I am a sams club member and BJ'S. I have not tried those codes yet. I have tried priceline. What is the rating for Payless car rental company? are they a reliable company. Seems I heard of them a few years back but I dont remember what was written about them.

It seems one of my kids used Priceless last year and it was ok. I checked travelocity and wow what a difference Priceless had for the midsize, whats up with that. I cant believe the difference in the price of rentals between Thanksgiving and the week before Christmas. Goes to show what I dont know.

I would go for Priceless, the difference is pretty outrageous. Let us know how it works out.

I was able to book dollar for 229.00 for the week for a midsized auto. I have never used dollar before and hope that this is a good deal. any feed back on dollar rentals would be apprecated.

car rental ??????

I have reserved a car thru expedia for $229.00 with Dollar rental, I have been searching some more and I see that enterprise have the same midsize auto for $244.00. I have used enterprise in the past but not Dollar. Any advice about which I should use other than the price difference. This rental is for 7 days in Orlando.
