I recently read a post that said all the equipment in the workout room was broken. We just returned from three nights at the MC and I am pleased to tell you they have all new equipment in the workout room. My husband was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the new equipment. Our room was clean (including the upholstery) and everything was in working order.

Any high speed internet in the rooms yet? Their website still boasts 'dual phone lines...'

Sorry, I cannot answer that as I did not try to use the internet. I will check the next time I go in.

The high speed internet is a big issue for me, a new resale owner. If the residents had to pay for use, it seems it would not be a big expense for the MC. While most people are complaining about who charges for high speed access and who gets it for free, we're still stuck without even the option!

The issue, as I see it, is that decisions are being made by the developer rather than on the resident council. Does anyone know when management will pass from the developer to the owners?
