Hi! Did any other Vistana owners get the proposal for the Vistana 2007 budget? We are new owners and I was wondering if someone could clarify what it all means?

There is alot of information in the budget, is there something specifically you are trying to understand more clearly??

Thanks for responding. Yes, I was wondering if the second section "Prosposed Budget of Reserves for Replacement" means that we are being assessed? For example, the 2BR at $675.02. I just wasn't sure if they are proposing an assessment. Thanks again!
