Church Street Inn - Trading power experiences? RCI, II?

In the past,I have heard anectdotally that CSI was a good/great trader. Can anyone comment on any recent experiences?
I did call II yesterday and inquired about CSI trade power. I was expecting a more rousing endorsement!! The VC responded that it was just "generally good" in so many words.
Statistically, Charleston has been described as the 4th most requested (or maybe it's visited) city in the U.S. Shouldn't this make for a high demand stature for resorts in the area?

I don't own there but have talked to several owners. I have also stayed there and went through the sales tour. It's a very nice resort overall but a little quirky. My info suggests it trades very well though does suffer a little from the resort quality side mostly due to lack of amenities. The specific weeks seemed to make a big difference there.

What info are you referring to? Can you be more specific?

I've accumulated some knowledge from talking to a few who own there and the resort staff themselves. Plus the knowledge that II puts a lot of emphasis on resort quality and Church Street Doesn't measure up overall in that category. Not that it's bad, it's not, just that there are certain aspects lacking overall comparatively to top 5* resorts.
