Is it too early to trade for Innseasons South Mountain for late Sept-early Octobr 07? I am not able to pull anything there using our Marriott Palm Desert Villa.

Does anyone have experience staying at Innseason South Mountain in NH?

I was able to pull up efficincies at south mountain Sept 7th and Oct 26th and at Inn Seasons Pollard Brook Oct 26th a 1 bedroom. Pollard Brook is bigger and you might get in there easier. You should Request both now and I would expect you to get one. What are you using to trade?

We are using a master unit (without lockout) in Marriott's Palm Desert Villas II. I think it is week 15. I am trying to trade to InnSeasons South Mountain.

Put your request in now and you should be able to get it. Pollard Brook and South Mountain are both Inn Season properties. Pollard Brook is II 5 star rated. They are both in Lincoln about a mile down the road from each other. I did a weekend at Pollard Brook and toured South Mountain. Both are nice.

South Mountain is fairly new, so new owners may not be depositing. On the other hand, the fee bills may not be sent out for 2007 yet and there may be some developer weeks that will be deposited yet. The units there look very nice, but then the newer phases at Pollard Brook are extremely nice.
