Help with Beach Place (Ft Lauderdale) rental

I trying to find a rental at Beach Place for [a particular time next year] for my son, daughter-in-law and grandson.

I've looked at TUG, Redweek and MyResortNetwork. There were few listings and my emails to those were not answered. Any ideas of other places to look?
