I've got my timeshare for rent for a week that will be Spring Break for some schools. So far, I haven't had much interest, and am approaching the 60 day deadline where I can switch weeks w/o penalty or bank easily with II.
My question is this: when do people typically decide to rent a timeshare -- less than 60 days, or more?? If it were me, I'd have already booked my room and my air, as I'm guessing the end of March is a busy time for both. I don't want to get stuck with the week if the lack of interest continues, but I also don't want to give up too early and miss a potential renter.
Thanks!
