Southern California Coastal Question

We have now stayed in one of the Grand Pacific Resorts, and they will not let us stay in their resorts for four years because of the 1 in 4 rule. We will be looking for two years out (that is January 2009).

Where would tuggers recommend that we trade for near the beach in Southern California (RCI resorts only)? We have strong traders, and if the weeks are out there, we could get them. If a good one comes our way, we want to know in advance where the next best place might be.

Look to other trade groups such as HTSE or SFX in the interim years or rent out your week and rent another week at one of the restricted resorts off the Redweek.com site or therough the tug board or tug last minute rentals By thinking creatively I think you can get around the rule as RCI is not the only game in town. I traded into Laguna Shores through Trading Places for an early March week (using a Blue Whale efficiency), rented a San Clemente Cove from another tugger who had listed it on the last minute rental board and exchanged into Carlsbad Inn in July with HTSE with a standard trader so it can be done.
