Best results for selling HGVC week

Where have you had results selling a HGVC week. I've had 2 listings on the recommended, low cost listing sights, for a while now with hardly any interest. I intentionally priced them lower than any other listing to get quick results, but this seems to have had the opposite affect. Any suggestions?

1)Check recent resells on EBAY vs what you are trying to get

2) Call Seth Nock - He is a jedi master at selling and buying HGVC www.sellingtimeshares.net

How many points? If it is fewer points with higher MF - that could be the issue. Sooby

Thanks Mattnday and Sooby for the help. One is 7000 pt. platinum, the other 4800 pt. platinum, one in Orlando one in Las Vegas. The number of points and the mf's are not the issue, that is what is so puzzling to me. I could understand if they were silver season or in Hawaii, those mf's would be way to expensive.

I bought the Seaworld from Seth originally and called him first to see about selling it, but the sales commission was way to high. It made no sense to pay that kind of money to sell something that should easily sell itself if priced right. So that is what I thought I did, but no luck. I guess I'll have to try ebay next. I've never sold anything there and that is why I was hesitant to try it. I thought I'd go the traditional route first.

Any other thoughts please let me know.

I've checked the classified listings & don't see a reasonable listing for any HGVC platinum. Maybe you should list here. Sooby
