Which weeks at Palm Springs/Desert have the strongest trading power with II?

I own a floating week at the Desert Breezes. It is good enough to get an accomodation certificate each year, if I deposit a winter week with II?

My resort week starts on a Friday or a Saturday.

What week has the strongest trading power with II?

I have found out that week with New Year's Eve does not have the highest trading power.

I was recently in Palm Springs - a Marriott time share salesperson suggested that the week of the Bob Hope Chrysler golf classic, the March(?) tennis classic, spring break, the week in mid-June after school closes are the most highly demanded weeks. I believe that Thanksgiving and Xmas weeks are up there, as well.

What is the significance of week 5 - does it have a strong trading power?
