Scottsdale trading ability?

How does the Sheraton Desert Oasis in Scottsdale trade (1br. deluxe)? I'm curious about both the summer and a nice, solid spring break week. Is it possible, thru II, to request and get a 2br. with it - out of flextime. I imagine I can pull a nice Orlando almost any time of the year. Am I pushing it to try to get am early summer week in HH or an Outer Banks Beach Club week?

Summer weeks will not trade well since Scottsdale can have temps over 110! I own a week there too, and the most in-demand weeks are for Spring Training - Easter. Spring Training is most of the month of March.
 
Is late August and early September a good time to trade into this region?
Are temp's down enough to enjoy the outdoor?
 
Denise, thanks for the info. Have you traded your week, or are you familliar with trading ability? I guess what I'm asking is, is this a good resort to own to use to trade?

I have only rented it, but SFX accepts it for deposit, which is a good sign. SFX will only accept these weeks though - Jan. 15 through Easter, so I would say those are the high demand weeks.
