The number of air travelers is expected to double by 2025, rising to more than 9 billion a year, a body representing the world's airports said on Tuesday.

I would like to know if this means that airline services from other countries will start to get in the airline market in America and maybe make our airline industry more completive and start to give us

much better customer service than we are use to

Foreign airlines are not allowed to provide domestic service in the US. The limit is 25% foreign ownership. That's what's keeping Virgin America grounded for now.

If we maintain our $500 billion dollar a year balance of trade deficit, the country will be too poor for us to be flying anywhere by 2025. That is the amount of national wealth we lose permanently every year.
