Checked out ITAsoftware.com for a complex upcoming trip. Worked great, was rapid, found a cheaper fair than Orbitz, and suggested that because of the complexity of the trip we should book through a travel agent.

Also checked out flylinktravel.com What a dud site, couldn't do multiple cities. Called their 800 number and got someone speaking English as a second language. I said I wanted to check flights into Lihue on the island of Kauai. She said is that Honolulu?

I said no and hung up.

Thanks for the tip! I do a lot of complex travel for our Executive Director and this will be a huge help.
