On Time Percentages - Timeshare Users Group Online Community Forums

Looking at a couple of America West flights: one has 20% on time and the other 50-60% on time.

If the flight is 5-10 minutes late that isn't much to be concerned about but if it is 90 minutes late that will have an impact.

Anyone know where there is more detailed info?
