I recently had two issues with my RCI accounts. Firstly, My RCI Weeks account, which had been pre-paid to 2012, was suddenly showing that I was only paid to January 31, 2007, and secondly, when I arranged for a Points for Deposit, they had taken the wrong week from my Weeks account. I contacted Feedback@rci.com, using TUG in the Title, and they resolved both issues in a professional and timely manner. They even resolved a longstanding issue I had with the refund of my pre-payment of my Weeks account, now that I am paying annually for Points.
Every time I use this e-mail I am pleased with their attitude and they always manage to resolve my issue.
