Last Minute Change

I have a confirmed week at PAHIO Ka Eo Kai since June of 2006. Now I see that the PAHIO Shearwater, which is the resort I originally wanted, now has two bedroom units available.

Here's my question: If I can make the change last minute, will I lose my original week that I used to attain the KEK resort or will I be able to reuse it to make the change to Shearwater? I know I will forfeit the fee and have to pay another one but that's o-k. But I don't want to throw away a week. Thanks for any advice.

Get straight on the phone to RCI while the unit is still available. The Ask RCI forum isn't the place to ask questions requiring quick answers.

You will be able to reuse your deposited week; however, your Trading Power could be impacted since you've held the confirmation for several months. Trading Power is recalculated when you cancel an exchange.

This year, except for my recent hiatus due to unexpected medical issues, I had been keeping a close eye on TUG during the week. I will continue to do so now that I'm back and make you aware when I plan to be gone for more than a couple of days.

So glad to hear your feeling better Madge. We miss you when your not around.
