II Membership

Hi we bought Vistana Villages through the developer. They recently switched from RCI to II. With the switch we were given a membership with II, I believe for one year. We have purchased a Vistana resort eoy cascades section resale through ebay, ( almost four months now, and still waiting for the deed, however). When we receive the deed and the resort has transferred our names as the new owners, will I be able to use the same II account for both places? I know that when we had RCI, both VV and our Vacation Village in the Berkshires had the same account, but we bought both of them through the developer. I don't know if it makes a difference with II. Also, when I receive the title for Vistana resort, do I make my resevation through SVO at 12 months out, like I do with VV. I know the Resort is not a mandatory property, and really we will most likely use it and never trade with II. I'm just not sure how things work, since this is our first purchase resale. Thanks, Sue

Your Vistana Villages II account is covered by your yearly SVN club fee. You should not be charged anything for the II corporate account.You most likely need to have a separate account for your Vistana Cascades unit because it is a voluantary resort resale.You can make your resevations at 12 months out. If you do not plan on depositing For exchange then you will only need the one II account.
