I have reserved a 2 bedroom at Fairfield Governor's Green for early June on a Friday to Friday check in. I am not a fairfield owner, but is it possible to rent an extra day? If so, how do I go about this?

The easiest way would be to rent from an owner. If you reserve within 60 day window and rent from a platinum member you should be able to get it for ~100 (based on a price of 6.25/1000 points).
