Is there a fee to list it with Redweek.com ?. And can I set the rental price?.
maggiesmom

maggiesmom yes you can list with Redweek and use what ever price you like! I can tell you though there are 243 units listed for rent in Orlando and 66 are your resort!
You will need to pay $9.99 membership for six months plus $19.99 to list for six months or $19.99 for a year and $49.99 to list for a year!
On top of this members can see your listing with all reviews and information you give. Problem with Redweek is you need to become a member to see all the information or contact you!
Redweek does this to make more money under their "its for your safty act".
There was a topic posted back in Nov 14,2006 about the feelings of this fee after you already had to pay out this money to list and most do not like it and many have moved on.
Look at their list and see how many units have rented! When your unit passes the rental dates it falls off so no one see's you didn't find renter and to new person it looks like every unit marked rented means 100% rented and this is so far from the truth!
If you would like to read up on this go to topics and go to buyers, renting, selling then go to page five and aprox#10 on the list is a the post (MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS FOR POTENTIAL RENTERS)and there are fifty eight post about this. Except for Redweek and this Mr. know-it-all (JJ) that gets on every post not many others liked this fee.
I know we didn't care for the fee and went back to buy our unit from resales when we rebought at resort we use to own and loved!
