Purina Farms / St. Louis area lodging

We may go up to see one of the dog shows around the end of May. I have checked with the Purina site and printed off the list of dog friendly motels. They don't seem too interesting. We do not think we want to be in the ones near Six Flags.

Does anyone know about the Drury Plaza in Chesterfield? It got high rating on Trip Advisor.

We'd apprecate any other ideas. THANKS.

It is fairly new and most of the Drury's are pretty nice. Where is the Dog Show? You could call the Drury and ask if they allow pets. They do at one of the ones in Cape Girardeau, MO (that is where the Drurys' were from - started out as plasters, before they got into Motel/Hotels - the story goes, whether it is true or not - is that the Drury Brothers had a plastering job in the Regional MODOT office before I 55 was built. And for some reason, they invested in a lot of land that just happened to be where several on/off ramps to I 55 were built. And they have been going with building hotels/motels ever since. There are three brothers and they all have their own motels - only one is the Drury Inn/Lodge, and fast food places.)

The dog show is at Purina Farms. We don't need dog friendly since we don't have one, yet.............
