I have a Last minute
unit in Tobago on hold until Sat 4/21/07. I used ff miles to get a flight into Trinidad which arrives at 8pm. Does the airport in Tobago have night flights? If not, is it safe to spend the night in Trinidad? I heard there was a great deal of unrest there... |

I believe the last flight of the evening via Tobago Express is at 9:15 PM, so you may or may not make it. When you come out in the arrivals area, just turn right and walk down the concourse past the food court area to the departures area - it's not that far.
As to spending the night in Trinidad, we've never found it to be unsafe there, but others may have differing opinions. You should be able to find an inexpensive guesthouse near the airport to overnight in; unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the one we've used, and since we paid cash, I have no record. Perhaps others can offer advice on this. |
