Does anyone have any info on " Blue Bay Advisors" out of Orlando Fl.
A Jim Ryan and Peter Miller contacted me via Phone & E- mail.
They claim to be able to sell my Timeshare after investigation of the Title and an Estoppel Letter. They also claim they accept their cut 8% after timeshare is sold. Kicker is they ask $208.00 for title and $148.00 for Estoppel Letter.
I tried to go to their website and could NOT find any. I'd appreciate any info on this group or this type of deal. Thanks.

That $356 is just another way of charging an upfront fee, which is not acceptable to TUGgers.

Please read the "how to sell" article located at the top of the list of topics for this Buying, Selling, Renting forum. The article includes strong advice against paying upfront fees. Such advice is consistent with the advice often given here - Never pay an upfront fee in an effort to sell or rent your timeshare.
