We were confirmed for a trade into the Westgate Park City Resort for March. I received a message from an II rep advising me that if we got an efficiency or a 1 bedroom they are only 360 sq. ft.
and will only accomodate 2 adults and 2 children. Also, the resort is under construction and therefore smoking is not allowed in any of the common areas.
The smoking part is a problem since neither of us smoke. However, I did not know about any construction. My primary concern is the unit. When I put in my request I indicated we wanted a 1 bedroom with a full kitchen. However, these two units do not have a full kitchen. Westgate has a 1 bedroom suite that is larger and has a kitchen.
My question is, when I speak to the II rep, if I am not guaranteed the 1 bedroom suite, can I refuse the trade and have them continue to look for a trade into one of my other choices without any cost to me?
