marriott to marriott exchange ii

im am looking to exchange into an other marriott resort and let my daughter
use the exchange do i just book the exchange and add her name to the
booking later

If you are doing an exchange and then letting a guest use the week, you need to get/purchase a guest certificate from II for the guest. I think they are around $35. You get them after you have completed the exchange.

The required Guest Certificate costs $39. If you confirm the exchange online, you'll have the opportunity to purchase it as part of the confirmation and payment process.
