Timetravel Traders, Inc. ??

I found them in the sticky on this forum for closing companies. Has anyone used them? How was the quality and timeliness of their service?

I have a family transaction (i.e., no money changing hands) that should have been done six weeks ago and need to get it moving ASAP. Now I'm scrambling to try to find a low-cost option to get this done.

Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you just need a simple and quick closing, you can't beat the price of ttt. I have used them numerous times and have been very happy with their service. Alan is a tugger and he posts here occasionally. I highly recommend using him if it's just a simple closing that does not need escrow.

I was very happy with their service. Since you are doing a transaction with family and I assume there are no trust issues I would definetly use them. There's no reason to spend the extra money on a company with escrow service. It will be much faster if you use timetraveltraders.com.

Just to clarify - this isn't a closing service. Alan owns a licensed document Prep business and he does deed preparation. He doesn't offer any other closing/escrow services. I have use him and recommend him, but just want to clarify the kind of services offered. I used him to transfer a free timeshare between friends.

We have used him in the past when we didn't need an escrow company and have been very happy with his services.
