Any Recommendations For Powhatan Plantation? - Timeshare Users Group Online Community Forums

We've booked a week at the Powhatan Plantation in Williamsburg in a 2bdrm unit coming up at the end of July. I've been reading some of the reviews and it's clear that there are some units that are OK and some that should be avoided.

Would anyone be able to provide a recommendation on which unit (or type of unit) that we should request. Which block of units have been refurbished? Are the upstairs ones in better shape than the downstairs units?

Our best luck recently has been calling a few weeks ahead and requesting a "refurbished unit" at any place we go. We have always lucked out. We are owners at Powahatan of a 4 bedroom unit which was refurbished beautifully. Enjoy!
