Do you have to pay extra tax when staying here as an exchanger or guest? Affinia Manhattan charges $32 per night NYC occupancy tax. Just wondering if this is the case here too.

Studio = $15 a nite, 1 bedroom = $25. At MC, Its called a service fee, not an Occ Tax

Difference is at Affinia it is truely an Occ. tax that goes to the Gov't. Manhattan Club is just pocketing the money from exchangers for something already paid for in the MF.
