Is Foxrun actually on the Lake?

I've looked at both the RCI site and at the VRI site for Foxrun and can't tell if these townhouses are right ON the Lake or if you have to drive? Can someone tell me?

Thanks.

Following is a link to the Fairfield Mountains Web site. Choose "Our Community" and it will take you to a site with a link to pull up either of two PDF maps.

The map of Bald Mountain Community will show you the layout of Foxrun. It is the streets off of Foxrun Blvd. Apple Valley Community shows you the layout of the timeshares that you come to first after leaving the checkin building. The two maps do connect and give you an idea of the property.

Cool

You'll be so far away from the lake that you won't even get a peek at it from 90% of the units at Foxrun. I've stayed in 4-5 different units...the best view (although very distant) of lake I had is unit 26.

Thanks!!

Sounds like it's not the best place to walk w/ kids or stroll around. Thanks for the info.

There are plenty of places to walk and stroll around the units, and you will probably see some wildlife doing so.

It is just a long walk to the lake.
