The Silverleaf resort in Georgia?

A couple comments - storage space is very limited and the units are on the small side as compared to other SL "lodge units". These have the funky arrangement where the hot tub is IN the master bedroom and the toilet is in a separate room with a door. No w/d in the unit that I recall and ours was an A/B so a second kitchenette. They might all be lockouts.

The units themselves were of course 'hunting lodge' decor which we don't care for much but can live with but the 'distressing' of the cabinets actually makes them feel worn, not 'decoratively rustic'. But, the place was clean and comfortable. Great staff, as we've come to expect from SLs.

We were 3 adults and it was very cozy. If you have enuf in your party to require the sofa bed, I would get a second unit. The dining table alone would not seat more than 4. There's a sizeable balcony, but, in Feb, you prob'ly won't use it much.

As with most Silverleaf resorts, it's a bit in the middle of nowhere, but there are lots of great sights in the area (if you like nature, which we do).

When we were there (Christmas 05) the onsite recreational activities were slightly more limited than with their other resorts, but they were still building. There's a workout room and sauna, horses, and the usual offerings in the activity outpost. Golf course right across the street.

Resorts: Silverleaf Owners-Holiday Hills, Branson; Seaside, Galveston; Landmark Holiday Beach Resort, PCB, FL
Apple Mountain Resort

I have pics of the resort and surrounding area. We were there in mid-March few years back and it was still cool. The pool is not heated and closed until spring break. There are several State Parks in the area you need to visit: Tallulah Gorge, Unicoi State Park is near the town of Helen. There is a Lodge there that serves very good buffet dinner. They have beautiful handmade quilts hanging on their walls. Further in the park is Anna Ruby Falls be sure to take a walk up the flume to the top. The town of Helen is a tourist place replica of a German town.
