Back from Marriott Manor Club!

I first want to thank all of the people who gave me directions and opinions on what was the "best" way to get to the Manor Club on Friday.

We took the Eastern Shore route and it took us 6 hours. We did not have ANY traffic at all so we were very pleased

We spoke to people while at the Manor Club who took 95 down and they said there was a huge accident so they were stuck on 95 for over an hour.

On the way home from the Manor Club(back to NJ), we took 95 and we had very little traffic.

Thanks again to all who helped!!

We loved Marriott Manor Club! The grounds are beautiful, the villa was superb, and the staff was friendly.

The entire week we were there, we felt like our skin was frying! It was 95-98 everyday and we didn't get much relief at night. I think the weather was hotter last week in Williamsburg then it was lwhen we were in Florida last July.

Overall, we had a great time and really loved the resort.

Thanks again everyone!!

jakezmom,
Do you remember the building and villa unit number? Was it an upper floor of MMC property (not Sequel)?
We will be staying at MMC in 2008. Although, the resort will not guarantee assignment, I hope to obtain refurbished or villa in great condition.
There was a post by Charles in Marriott forum about an MMC lower floor unit needing bathroom renovation and carpet cleaning. He experienced a few quality issues at MMC during his stay this month.

Could you please give me directions, taking the Eastern Shore route? My son's family is heading there soon.

Thanks,
