Resorts: South Africa, Branson
Villas at Fairway in Bushkill

I have read about the hit or miss condition of these units.
Currently I have a 3 bedroom on hold.

Are all the 3 bedrooms at Villas nice or are they hit or miss as well?

I don't think you can go wrong with a 3BR. We have seen many of the 2BR, which are thought to be inferior, but we haven't had any complaints about them either.

Don't know about ALL of the 3 BRs but the one we had 2 years ago was wonderful! I think the 3 BRs were all in one area that looked nicer than the areas with smaller units. Many of those areas were dumpy looking.

We stayed there last year. We had an AC and wanted to stay within a relatively short drive to our friends in PA. We wanted to "go cheap", so we only got a studio. Well, the studio was absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches all over the place (in the room, in the laundry area). The refrigerator was not cleaned. The curtains and comforter had stains all over it. We actually only stayed for 5 nights because we just couldn't take it. The front desk was not very helpful. They said they would send someone over, while we were out, to clean it up. I don't think they ever did.

On a good note. At the sports pub, they had Shrimp Poppers that were VERY GOOD!!! But not worth the stay to us. IMO.

Again, this was a studio, not a 3BR.

From what I've heard, the 3br are supposed to be really, really nice. I know BigFrank has stayed in the 3br and the 2br. You might want to PM him.

The 3 bedrooms are gorgeous. Read my review here on tug.
