Woodstone at Massanutten questions
We're leaving for Massanutten this weekend, and a friend posed an interesting question, plus I have a few of my own.
Does the resort supply sheets, blankets, towels etc? (this was my friends question, apparently he's been places where they don't) We have a full kitchen -- is it well equipped? i.e. fry pans, pitchers, spatulas, etc? Is there anything we should consider taking along? We normally go to OLCC, and they provide a "necessities " packet at checkin -- toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, a few boxes of laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. Is there something like this at Massanutten or should we come prepared? Is there anything else anybody thinks we should be considering? Thanks in advance for whatever info you can share. |

We were there last summer and they do supply linens and towels. You might want to bring your own towels for the water park. Kitchen is pretty equipped with everything you need. I do believe they give a convienence pack when you check in. There is a Food Lion grocery store about 10 minutes away.
If you have any fisherman there is a lake so bring poles. My kids had a ball catching small fish at the lake! Vicki |

Yes, you will be provided with all the sheets and towels and such. I have never been to resort expecting you to bring all this with you. I don't remember if Woodstone provides mid-week towel exchange, but most resorts do.
You will also have some basic kitchen supplies (dishwashing detergent, paper towels...) at check-in, but may have to buy some since usually it is less then 1 week worth. We are also going to be in Massanutten this Sunday, checking into Eagle Trace. |

Hi!
When we stayed at the Summit at Massanutten, it was pretty well stocked. However, the electric can opener was broken and there was no other one to be found. Also, no salt/pepper, like some resorts have. You might want to take your own... just in case! We're going this weekend also, checking in tomorrow at the Shen Villas chalets for the first time. |
