Title transfer time on Maui

About to purchase my first timeshare on Maui! Can anyone give me an idea of how long it takes to complete the title transfer? The seller heard it takes a long time (like many months). Does anyone have a great title company they would recommend on Maui and any suggestion as to what I can do to help things along? Thanks!
 
Maui transfer

I just bought a Maui week and Timeshare Transfer did the closing in about 6 weeks, which I think is great. :clap:
